Beezzz 25R3 brings a fresh wave of improvements that make sustainability management more intuitive, reliable, and ready to scale. With this release, we introduce a new brand identity, stronger security, more flexible ways to structure information, automated quality checks, and multilingual capabilities.
We’ve also made major upgrades to calculations, added a rich emission factor database, and polished the everyday experience with thoughtful usability enhancements. To help you get started, our new Help Center explains each of these new features in detail.

New Branding
Beezzz has a new look. With an updated logo and fresh colors, the platform feels more modern and dynamic, while still offering the same powerful functionality. You can already see this new identity in action on our redesigned website.
Managing access rights is now easier and clearer than ever. When you open a user, you instantly see their teams, profiles, and related entities. Integrated reports provide a simple view of what each user or team can do, from editing data to approving processes. For larger organizations, rights can now be granted at a higher level and automatically flow down, reducing repetitive work and ensuring consistency. Together, these updates make our security model more transparent, efficient, and scalable.
With this release, Beezzz supports alternative hierarchies alongside the standard ones. This means you can organize data in ways that best reflect your business – whether grouping by entities, suppliers, or products. New attributes add even more flexibility, allowing you to enrich data with additional fields like postal codes or product categories. These enhancements not only give you more freedom in reporting but also integrate seamlessly with tools such as Power BI.
To ensure complete and reliable reporting, Beezzz now includes automated Integrity Checks in the Admin App. These checks highlight missing assignments or unlinked items before a reporting cycle begins. By spotting gaps early, you can address issues right away and avoid delays or costly corrections later. Each check is fully logged, giving you clear traceability and peace of mind.
Beezzz is now multilingual. With bulk translation, all dimensions, notes, and descriptions can be quickly translated into another language. Users can simply choose their preferred language in the app, making collaboration across countries easier than ever. Administrators remain in control of when and how new languages are introduced, ensuring a smooth rollout across international teams.
Calculations are now more powerful and flexible. You can run custom processes after uploads, whether for allocations, adjustments, or distance calculations. Emission reporting has also been strengthened with a built-in database of 200,000 emission factors. Organizations can still add their own factors and even bulk upload them, making it easier to manage large sets of data. These improvements give admins more control while helping companies achieve smarter, more automated reporting.
